Follow these frequently asked questions by may of our customers.

Order Related

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a shipment notification/order confirmation via E-mail/SMS advising you on the estimated date of delivery. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on ShesQuill.

Shipping and Delivery charges are particular to a product and will be displayed during checkout process. The charges will vary depending on your location. We request you to provide us the shipping address with enough detail to ensure you get the exact shipping charges based on your delivery location.

You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Order Shipped” state. To cancel, please WhatsApp us @ +91 8870966620 with your order details.

Courier

Products sold by us are shipped in packages to ensure the products reach you safely. We follow our standard packing procedures depending on the product size and type.

All items sold by ShesQuill are delivered through reputed courier partners. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order by us through e-mail / SMS upon dispatch.

Delivery

We will ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors

  • Product’s availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to

For items listed as “In Stock”, we will dispatch the product within the stipulated timeline.

Return/Cancel

  • Conveniently place your return request using Contact Us form or WhatsApp us (+91) 8870966620
  • You can cancel the order if the product is not shipped from our warehouse.
  • In case the product is ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ the same has to be notified us byWhatsApp @(+91) 8870966620within 24 hours upon receipt of product. The Return courier charges will be borne by the Buyer. The amount paid for the product will be credited to your account within 7 working days. Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies etc.
  • We try our best to offer you a hassle-free returns experience.
  • In case of Refunds, the amount paid by you excluding shipping charges is transferred to your account.
  • We ensure that we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item from you.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock.

Exceptions

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Made-to-order / custom jewellery.
